Gift Voucher (General)

Terms and Conditions

• This gift voucher is issued by City Mall Group Co.,Ltd. (“Company”).
• Can only be used for payment of goods at department store and Gourmet Market at Emporium, Emquartier, and Emsphere.
• Cannot be used to purchase any gift voucher, gift card, all types of top-up cards, and products in rental shop.
• Can be used with member card to get up to 10% discount on regular-priced items at department store and 5% discount at Gourmet Market (except products which sales promotions or discounts are prohibited by law that is currently in force or may be enacted in the future).
• This gift voucher is valid for 6 years after the date of purchase.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash in any forms.
• The Company will not be responsible for any lost or damaged gift voucher.
• The Company reserves the right to refund, cancel, or modify the conditions without prior notice.

• This gift voucher is issued by City Mall Group Co.,Ltd. (“Company”).
• Can only be used for payment of goods at department store and Gourmet Market at Emporium, Emquartier, and Emsphere.
• Cannot be used to purchase gift card, gift voucher, all types of top-up cards, liquor, tobacco, pharmaceutical product and products in WINE CELLAR and rental shop.
• Can be used with member card to get 5% discount on regular-priced items at department store only (except products which sales promotions or discounts are prohibited by law that is currently in force or may be enacted in the future).
• Gift Voucher is valid for 6 years after the date of purchase.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash in any forms.
• The Company will not be responsible for any lost or damaged gift voucher.
• The Company reserves the right to refund, cancel, or modify the conditions without prior notice.

Special Promotion when buying Gift Voucher (with Conditions)

• Receive free vouchers with the value of 3% of purchased amount when buying the Gift Voucher (with Conditions) over 200,000 THB per receipt. This promotion is only applied for the payment by cash, bank transfer or cashier cheque only (payment by credit card or debit card is not applied)

Payment Methods for buying Gift Voucher (General and with Conditions)

• Buying Gift Voucher at Redemption Counter at Emporium, Emquartier, and Emsphere Department Store, payment by cash or credit card is accepted (except payment by Dinners Club Card)
• Ordering Gift Voucher through Marketing Department of The Mall Group, payment by bank transfer, cheques or cashier cheque is accepted.
