Cash back credits / reward points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Accumulated points that have been exchanged for additional discounts cannot be canceled, refunded or exchanged for cash or anything else in any case. The credit card member must maintain credit card membership status and not have defaulted on any payments until the date of transfer of cash back credit / reward points to the account.

Receipts used to receive the program’s privileges cannot be used to receive other credit card benefits.

We reserve the right to reclaim various benefits in the case that the product / service is returned later.

2. We reserve the right to process combined purchases from M Cards with the same card number when the program ends. In the case where there is the same maximum purchase amount, we reserve the right to make a decision based on the order in which the purchases were recorded with a minimum cumulative purchase amount of 100,000 baht.

3. Results will be announced on 20 November – 20 December 2024 at the information counter of The Mall Department Store, all branches of The Mall Life Store, Emporium, EmQuartier, Emsphere and Paragon.

4. Contact Customer Service, 2^nd floor, Building C, EmQuartier to receive your prize on 20 November – 20 December 2024. Otherwise, it will be considered as waiving the privilege.

5. Winners must pay withholding tax of 5% of the prize value according to the Revenue Department’s regulations, and any other expenses arising from receiving the award.

6. Winners must pay the fuel and airport taxes themselves as well as any other expenses resulting from receiving the award.

7. Awarded tickets can be registered to reserve seats from 15 July 2024 – 31 December 2024. Travel can take place until 31 December 2025. Subject to seat availability and according to the airline’s conditions.

8. Awarded tickets can be reserved through STARLUX Customer Service Center at 02-005-0990 during Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Closed Saturday – Sunday and public holidays.

9. The winner must travel within the specified time period only, otherwise it will be considered as waiving the privilege.

10. We do not take any responsibility in the case that the prize winner’s visa is not approved and / or the prize winner does not receive permission to enter or leave the relevant countries from government officials.

11. The winner is responsible for applying for a visa according to the conditions of the destination country.

12. This program is reserved for customers who are Thai nationals living in Thailand and can be contacted locally.

13.The Department Store is not involved in servicing the prize or determining its value.

14. Awarded tickets cannot be exchanged or transferred to others. The winner must be one of the travelers.

16. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other prizes
